    I came across this beautiful Amazing Day Meditation when I had a difficult time to focus on the positive aspects of my day, I felt stressed and in overwhelm. Shanda’s meditation helped me to start the day right, with an open heart and a positive mindset. It supports me to feel relaxed, refreshed and energised at the same time. I very much enjoy listening to Shanda’s voice, the pace and the music.

    I give this meditation 5 stars for sure. What an amazing way to start an amazing day. This relaxing, guided meditation is a great way to prepare you for your day. I find it helpful to take a little extra time for myself in the morning to reflect, & channel my positive energy with this meditation. It is a great way to pamper your thoughts and your soul. My experiences have been very spa like (especially paired with Shanda’s recommended essential oils) It’s like a massage for your mind!
